(To the right) This is an example of a deteriorating driveway. Spider cracks will eventually lead to a crumbling driveway. It can also lower your home's value along with its curb appeal. Plus, cracks and pits can even present tripping hazards that can be dangerous to visitors and family members alike.

(To the left) This is an example of a crack that is too deep to fill with pourable crack filler. You can't effectively seal deep cracks in an asphalt driveway because a standard crack sealant isn't designed to fill large gaps, and applying it directly to a deep crack won't provide a proper seal, allowing water to penetrate further into the base of the asphalt, causing more damage.
